Bachelor Communication Design

Design is always present, everywhere. Design communicates, informs and guides. My studies at the MSD have taught me the foundations of design, allowing me as a designer to go beyond my limits and to never shy away from new challenges.

Obstacle Course

Accessible design

Hurdles, barriers, obstacles. They come in various shapes and sizes. They occur in everyday situations, making it difficult for many to live a self-determined life ‒ like an obstacle course where one has to overcome countless obstacles and is constantly challenged.

In design there are numerous barriers making content inaccessible to perceive and understand. Accessible design is nonetheless a new concept for many. The task of a designer is to communicate content in a way that is understandable and can be perceived by everybody.

My project “Obstacle Course” does not only serve as an impulse for accessible design but also as a tool to properly implement this type of design.
