Bachelor Media Design

I am fascinated by user experience and interface design. The focus lies on the user and how they interact with the design. This gives me the opportunity to develop applications that meet people’s needs and have a positive impact on their lives.

SmartFocus

Motivate, Manage and Maintain

Conception and design of an assistance app for people who want more structure, support and motivation in their everyday life. You have to get a lot done once again. Current projects, appointments, daily duties. You lose the overview. Everything is too much, and you feel too little. You can’t seem to get things in motion, just can’t get started or you feel lost in the middle of a process. Smart-Focus is an app with that extra bit of support for better accessibility and more dopamine for everyone, inspired by the latest research on executive function. Especially the solution-oriented approach made me grow in my studies and the project. Finding opportunities where at first glance there seemed to be obstacles and questioning one’s own views, constantly optimising, and remaining open to new things ‒ all of this had a strong influence on me.
