Master design

There are endless ways to design things and content. If you give three designers the same task, three wonderfully different ideas will emerge that all work in their own way. Every designer always adds a little bit of their own personal touch. I think that is awesome.

Feelings of happiness – pleasure or addiction?

A guide for relatives

Addiction is not a peripheral problem of society. It affects many people. And there are many more people behind them – their relatives. In the context of addictions, these feel overlooked and do not know how to help. “How should I act when someone close to me develops an addiction?”  “How do I even notice?”  “Where is the boundary between pleasure and addiction?” Relatives do everything they can to set the addict free. Often, they are not successful. Instead, they are indirectly affected by the addiction themselves. They suffer severely from the effects of the addiction and frequently they lose themselves while trying to help the addict. I want to take them by the hand, teach them about the development of an addiction and offer them a helping hand. I want to encourage them to rediscover themselves. In this way, relatives can support the addict in a more healthy way.
