An illustrated insight into life with lipedema
An emotional insight into the lives of people with lipedema. Why are there such days when even the most common things, like climbing stairs, are difficult? Why do I have these bruises everywhere? And why do some touches actually hurt so much? My book is about “lipedema” and all the challenges and strange situations that come with it ‒ from feelings like shame, anger or hopelessness to tips, tricks and supportive words. With this book I want to encourage people suffering from this diagnosis, but also to bring the topic of “lipedema” closer to non-affected people and to face stigmatization.
