I love to communicate, to share and learn from different people’s stories. These real experiences and knowledge always inspire me to look for new approaches and solutions. For me, design is a tool to realize these ideas, thoughts and visions.

Experiencing, realizing, encouraging ‒ staff shortages in shift work jobs
What would you do if you needed to call an ambulance but no one would show up?
Staff shortages are commonplace in many shift work jobs, creating an overload of work capacity. This not only leads to limitations in society, but also to extreme stress for the staff.
In collaboration with Janna Tappe I would like to draw attention to this topic. Our bachelor thesis is a campaign in public space in the form of a walk-in pop-up cube. This offers the possibility to slip into the role of the shift workers, in order to be able to be an everyday hero for a short time.
The aim of this campaign is, on the one hand, to draw more attention to the topic through positive stimuli and to give shift workers more recognition. On the other hand, my aim is to increase the attractiveness of these professions, to create awareness for them and to encourage people to want to tackle this problem.
