Sustainable encounters and pioneering visions
“Annual reports are dull and boring” – not at all!
Anyone who still thinks that these publications are only interesting for shareholders and investors is very much mistaken. Because a well-designed Annual Report can have far-reaching effects and cannot only improve the image of a company, but also appeals to potential customers, partners and employees.
As part of my bachelor project, I was allowed to work for “NürnbergMesse” and create a design for the Annual Report 2023. My challenge as a designer was to use the Annual Report as an effective marketing tool and to prepare data and information in a way that is understandable and eye-catching. Even though it was partly challenging to find the balance between aesthetics and information and to transform the complexity of the content into a clear message, in the whole the project meant a lot of fun for me and gave me a lot of room for my further development as a designer.
